Our History
The history of PLM school of motoring is one of continuous growth and dedication to excellence in driver training.
Our journey began in 1998 when Phillip, our founder, passed his driving test on his first attempt. Since then, his passion for driving and commitment to excellence have been unwavering. He pursued advanced training such as Pass Plus when it was its infancy and later became a certified driving instructor in 2006. Over the years, Phillip has completed numerous courses in eco-driving, (IAM) Institute of advanced motoring, and various teaching skills, train the trainer, adi standards check also including teaching individuals with learning difficulties and anxiety. He's also equipped with first aid certifications, ensuring a safe learning environment for all students.
Today, PLM school of motoring operates as a multi-car driving school, training the next generation of driving instructors. Our ambition for the future is to expand further, reaching more learners and communities while committing to continuous professional development (CPD) to stay at the forefront of driver education.
